DroidBake Terms of Use
Acceptance
By using DroidBake, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use DroidBake.
What DroidBake provides
DroidBake provides tools that may allow users to import, create, modify, build, repair, sign, install and export Android applications. Features may depend on the DroidBake plan, device capabilities, installed build tools and current product version.
Your projects and applications
As between you and Nyfir Studios, Nyfir Studios does not claim ownership of the applications or source code you create or import using DroidBake. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to source code, assets, trademarks, libraries, content and other material you import or distribute. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Generated content and AI
AI-generated code and suggestions may contain errors. Successful generation or repair does not guarantee that an application is free from defects, vulnerabilities or legal issues. Users are responsible for appropriate review before distribution or important use.
Application distribution
If you distribute an application created or built using DroidBake, you act as the publisher/developer of that application unless another arrangement expressly states otherwise. You are responsible for applicable store policies, privacy disclosures, licenses, permissions, content ratings, taxes and laws.
Plans
DroidBake may provide Free, Pro and Lifetime plans. Free may include building, repairing and installing compatible existing Android source projects. Paid plans may provide additional creation, editing, export and distribution functionality.
Pro subscriptions
Where offered, Pro is a recurring subscription. Applicable price, billing period, renewal terms and included benefits will be shown before purchase. Google Play purchases remain subject to Google Play’s purchase and cancellation terms.
Lifetime
Where offered, Lifetime is a one-time entitlement to the DroidBake premium features designated as included with that purchase. “Lifetime” refers to the supported lifetime of the DroidBake product/service and does not guarantee that every external service, third-party API, operating system or platform will remain available indefinitely.
Owner
Owner is an internal Nyfir Studios entitlement and is not a publicly purchasable consumer plan unless Nyfir Studios expressly states otherwise.
Third-party services
Optional features may integrate with third-party services. Their own terms, privacy policy, availability and charges may apply. BYOK provider charges are the user’s responsibility.
Acceptable use
You may not use DroidBake to intentionally create, distribute or facilitate unlawful activity, malicious software, unauthorized access, infringement of third-party rights or activity prohibited by applicable law or platform policies.
Local data and backups
Users remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important source code, signing information and exported applications. Loss of a signing identity may prevent future versions of an Android application from updating an existing installation.
Availability
DroidBake may depend on Android, Google Play, third-party repositories, AI providers and other external technologies. Nyfir Studios cannot guarantee that every project will build successfully or that every external dependency will remain available.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DroidBake is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nyfir Studios is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of DroidBake, including loss caused by user-created applications, third-party dependencies or external services. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Changes
Nyfir Studios may update these Terms as DroidBake evolves. Material changes will be communicated where required.
